The J.P. Hall Commerce Center, to be built on family-owned pasture, could bring as many as 1,000 jobs, said his daughter Virginia Hall, a spokeswoman for the center. Hall said she and her siblings wanted a way "to honor Dad" and found one in January, when Pyramid Mouldings Inc. came calling. The company was looking for land to relocate its cramped Green Cove Springs plant and 100 or so employees, she said.
