K&V Investment Group, Inc. was founded by Kelly Hartwig and Van Royal in 2002. K & V is committed to working with municipalities, governments and environmenatal agencies in Northeast Florida to develop projects that fit the needs to their customers - both residential and commercial - and to build projects from which the entire community will benefit. The following projects have been completed or are under construction by K&V.

 

  • The Cove A 102- unit, affordable housing project completed in 2006 and located in Green Cove Springs, FL. This project was developed in partnership with the Clay County Housing Authority.


  • CHURCHWELL POINT A 55-acre residential project consisting of 5 acre lots located along the St. Johns River in Bostwick, FL. The project was completed in 2004.


  • CLAY BRANCH BUSINESS PARK A commercial development located at County Road 315 and US 17, just north of Green Cove Springs. K & V has developed two of the three planned buildings, now home to Bartram Trail Surveying and St. Brendan's Isle.



     

  • TIMUQUNA COMMERCE CENTER A commercial development located across from the Yorktown Gate of NAS Jacksonville. K & V has developed 35 of the 150 acres, with remainder to be preserved. Projected to be completed in January 2007.


  • NATURE'S PATH  An 82-unit, residential subdivision in Middleburg, FL. The project is currently moving through the approval process in Clay County and construction is expected to begin in January 2007.

  • JP HALL COMMERCE CENTER A 150 - acre, industirally-zoned commerce center located just south of Green Cove Springs, FL. This Center is the future home of a new 60,000 sf manufacturing plant for Pyramid Mouldings, Inc. The entire Center has the potential to establish over 1,000 jobs.
